Demolitionis skill

1. Go to Weapon Store in Lime and talk to Theo.
2. Ask Theo to learn a new skill. However, he says a Golden Hammer is needed to learn it.
3. Go to Sevis and ask Arsen / Arquette for Invisible Cloak.
4. Needs Golden Fur x20 (Cankura drop) and Shiny Thread x10 (Happy Bah Bah drop)
5. Return to Arquette with the ingredients and she gives you the cloak.
6. Go to Elim and enter the nobleman's house.
7. Click on the Vault/Safety Box to steal the hammer.
8. Return to Theo and you will learn the skill
